Amir and his team did a great job replacing my boiler, and identified and fixed some other key safety issues with our gas flues that had not been picked up in previous gas safety inspections. Very good communication, transparent pricing and high quality work - would definitely recommend them!

Amir and Hamed made a fantastic job in my flat. I needed to replace my old vented water cylinder by a new unvented one. The espace was quite tight and I also wanted to accommodate the washing machine in the same area. They managed to fit everything! Really happy with the result and the communication. Totally recommended. Really well done job and on time.

We have used H3GS to install a new boiler and also an upgrade on the gas pipe run.

On both occasions they have delivered a great service within cost and time.

They work hard, tidily and very respectfully of the customer and their needs. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who needs heating work done. They are also very trustworthy and can be left alone in a house.

H3GS have completed a few different jobs for us over the past couple of years, including sealing our heating system, servicing our boiler and replacing a motorised valve that was letting through.

I can highly recommend H3GS. Amir is really friendly, professional, responsive and reliable. All of the work has been clearly explained and costed beforehand, and carried out on time and within the agreed budget. Thanks very much !!

We appreciated H3GS’s prompt response to our urgent pipe leak. Amir quickly identified and diagnosed the problem, and the team carried out the repairs efficiently and professionally. They were also very considerate of our elderly mother who was at home during the work. We would be happy to recommend H3GS to others.

I have used H3GS a few times now.

For the first time, I had an emergency and they were quick to review the pictures and videos I sent them to determine what the likely issue was. I was fortunate that they were able to do the repair on the same day.

I had another issue with my boiler due to a leak and they were quick to advise me about the possible issues with the boiler as well as the danger that the boiler was in due to it breaking through the floor. They were able to fix the problem within a few days as it wasn't a straightforward fix.

Every time I have used them, there has always been a preliminary assessment via pictures and videos, which has helped them analyse the issue in the first instance to reduce the delay on an onsite analysis. This has meant that they have arrived at the job prepared.

Amir's communication is always polite and concise and I have always received a prospective quote for the job once an onsite analysis of the problem has been done.

I highly recommend them and will continue to use them for any future plumbing problems that I have.
