Amir and the team from H3GS did a really great job - professional, knowlegeable, and ensuring I was happy throughout the 3 days that it took to complete the work.

Project:  Replace combi-boiler with a new heat only boiler and new unvented hot water cyclinder.

Reason for rating: I went to both Worcester-Bosch and Valliant accredited installers for my project and the disparity in experience and quality was really really stark. Some accredited installers were cowboys and not what I would have expected from accredited installers but not Amir and team - fantastic from start to finish. Exceptional service. I had an immediate need for heating due to a faulty boiler left at the property by the previous owner. Amir and his fantastic team rose to the occasion and completed the works of changing a boiler in one day. The lengths that they went to get it done was laudable. Really happy with the service from the H3GS team. We had a new boiler installation on Monday and it has been working seamlessly. No complaints so far. The communication with Amir and his team was easy, with quick responses to queries. As someone who enjoys a relatively stress free process, I'd recommend the team based on my recent experience and as long as the boiler remains working as it has been.
